Field Notes Brand ("we," "us") sells memo books and related goods at fieldnotesbrand.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

Order information. When you buy something we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and the details of your order. Payment card details go directly to our payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.

Account and subscription information. If you create an account or subscribe, we store your email, your order history, and your delivery preferences.

Email signup. If you join our email list we store your email address and which of our emails you open and click, so we can send you fewer, better emails.

Site usage. Like most stores, we use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, and pixels from Meta and Google) to understand how people use the site and to measure whether our ads work. These tools collect things like the pages you visit, your rough location, and your device type.

What we do with it

We use this information to fulfill your orders, answer your questions, send you marketing email if you asked for it, and figure out which of our products and ads people actually like. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except the services that help us run the store — our web host, payment processors, shipping carriers, email service, and analytics/advertising platforms — and they're only allowed to use it to provide those services.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, though you may need to log in more often. Analytics and ad cookies respect your browser's consent choices where those apply.

Your choices and rights

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU), you may have the right to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll take care of it — no forms, no runaround.
